Secure Client Portal

New Roots Client Portal is our secure online website that offers a HIPAA compliant infrastructure.  The portal provides 24-hour access for you to:

  • Complete New Client Intake Forms
  • Review practice policies
  • View and print invoices
  • Receive monthly account statements

Before we begin our work together, we will send you an email with the link to the client portal with a temporary password.  You can access the site with your email address and will be prompted to create a new password.  Please plan to set aside 10 – 20 minutes several days prior to your initial appointment to review important documents about our practice and provide us with some information about yourself.

Telehealth Sessions

Meeting face-to-face is of course optimal.  There are times however when sessions will be conducted via Telehealth. We have contracted with a telehealth service that uses encryption protocols to ensure that data integrity and privacy are maintained.  SimplePractice telehealth complies with all HIPAA and HITRUST requirements. Clients will receive a secure link 48 hours prior to each appointment to access the telehealth session.  Please be sure to check with your insurance plan prior to our first session to ensure that telehealth is a covered service.
